I guess, I'm not sure. Make sure your pc can run this game, It actually needs a decent PC to run it. You might need a program to emulate that remote into being a xbox remote in-game. #3. I used to play on keyboard and yes! Not mouse, but keyboard is perfect for most fighting games, certain games have inputs that are really hard to do on keyboard, but MK historically hasn't had overly complicated inputs so it's fine
The D-Pad on a controller lets you use a shortcut in most fighting games, where you press say, forward, down, down-forward by sliding your thumb. On a keyboard that's three whole button presses instead of a simple thumb-slide. Fighting games aren't made to be played on keyboard in the same way Doom isn't meant to be played on a controller. Technically, it is possible to use, but not practical. I personally prefer game pad for Mortal Kombat because, as Chunky Weapon stated, Block feels weird no matter what button it's mapped to. On pad, it just feels natural on a shoulder button. A $60 stick sounds like either a Qanba Drone or a Mayflash.

I think everybody is using his own controller. I was playing enter the gungeon with my brother and i was using keyboard + mouse and he was using his own controller. But we couldn't use 2 keyboards + 2 mouse, because game recognizes 2 keyboards as 1 keyboard.
